Not only was Chris (the plumber) incredibly kind and courteous, but he was very knowledgeable and efficient with all his work. Pricing was fair and Chris went above and beyond to explain pricing of the job before even performing the work so I knew when I was getting into. On top of all that, the customer service representative I spoke with (Toni), was very helpful and friendly. She walked me through what to expect and made scheduling with Chris really easy. I'm very grateful to Scenic City Plumbing for their incredible work. Highly recommend them for all plumbing work.

Scenic City Plumbers came highly recommended, and after receiving their service, I see why! The receptionist was able to get me on the schedule pretty quickly... within the same week as my call. I did not expect to be seen so soon! Even better, they called me a couple days later to say they had an opening even sooner than I had scheduled. David was courteous, affable and did a great job fixing our two outdoor spigots. He had a young man with him who may have been an apprentice. I have to say, one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a repair man. I was very impressed with the professionalism from start to finish with Scenic City Plumbers.

Okay talk about under promise over deliver! I called and got a very friendly young lady, Michelle, on the phone who helped me schedule an appointment for a repair I needed done at my home. I easily set an appointment for next week, which I was fully expecting 2 to 3 weeks based on everybody's workload and the holidays. Later in the day I got an unexpected call stating that they had finished a job early and was in my area and wanted to know if they could stop by today! I said "oh hell yes!" and within 20 minutes they were in my home. They quickly found two problems and was able to repair it today. The repair men were extremely professional and courteous and explained exactly what they needed to repair. The charge was extremely fair and I am so happy! Please use them for any plumbing services you may have.

Around 6pm we noticed a significant leak just before the main shut-off valve, which was located outside the house. We had to turn off the water to the house. Fortunately, David and Jeremy with Scenic City Plumbing were able to come out first thing the next morning, exactly at the time they said they would arrive. They diagnosed and explained the problem, and repaired it within 1.5 hours. Very professional, courteous, and reasonably priced.

Poor service, caused damage to our condo that was never fixed, charged us for work we never requested. We had a water heater installed, when they installed it they damaged the entryway. Not a big deal if they would have fixed it, but they didn't. I ended up having to fix it myself at my own expense. And then we asked them to simply flush the toilets after the water was turned back on, instead they installed a new part on our toilet without asking, charged us for it, then when that part failed 6 months later they refused to fix it without being paid a second time (for something we never requested in the first place). Not reputable and they do not back up their work. Do not use them.

Had great service several years ago, but I have called to get urgent service twice in the past year and they say they are too busy.

David was a really nice guy and worked on my house the way he would work on his own. Outstanding service. Showed up on time and exceeded my expectations.
